2 cups heavy cream
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1/2 - 3/4 cup of monk fruit or powdered Sweetner of choice
1 Tbsp of vanilla
3-4 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients and whisk
2. Put in an ice cream maker, and let churn for 25 mins or until as thick as you want.
